Hi, my name is Sarah and I am one of the Social Prescribers for the Viaduct Primary Care Network.
About My Role
If you are struggling with your mental health, financial worries, bereavement, caring for a loved one or any other concerns I am here to help. I am here to listen to you and put you in touch with the services and activities that might help you to feel better. I might introduce you to a community group, an exercise scheme or a mental wellbeing service. Or I might help you find legal advice or debt counselling.
