Hi, my name is Navinder and I am the Pharmacist for the Viaduct Primary Care Network.
About My Role
My work involves playing a multi-faceted role in supporting the pharmaceutical care we provide to patients. This is done through working co-operatively with patients during medication reviews to ensure they are achieving the best effect from their medications as well as, acting as a source of up-to-date, evidence-based information for our practice team.
Through working in partnership with our multidisciplinary team, we aim to consistently support and maximise the benefits provided by pharmaceuticals for our patients.'
